Quoting Mahatma Gandhi he said that the earth has enough resources for our need but not for our greed. He said that we will have to pay for the greed of a few who indulge in wanton destruction of nature which is adversely affecting climate all over the globe. He stated that those who desire the creation of a just world deserve a salute from us and Professor Dubey who has endeavoured in this regard through purposive action in the form of policy and scholarship is surely one of them.
