NFCH to hold a special music and dance concert titled “Roohdari- Mystic Notes & Dancing Toes” in Delhi tomorrow

The National Foundation for Communal Harmony (NFCH) is organising a special music and dance concert titled “Roohdari- Mystic Notes & Dancing Toes” here tomorrow. Acclaimed Sufi singer Rashmi Agarwal and renowned Kathak dancer Vidha Lal will perform during the concert. 

The Roohdari concert is about celebrating the mystic poetry of the Sufi and Bhakti poets of medieval and modern times, who propagate One Religion, One Faith and Love to spread the message of communal harmony and national integration. Rashmi Agarwal’s soulful renditions of the immortal verses of Amir Khusro, Meerabai, Bulleh Shah, Kabir and others will be translated into mesmerizing dances by Kathak exponent Vidha Lal. 

NFCH Secretary Shri Ashok Sajjanhar said the concert is aimed to promote communal harmony and national integration. NFCH, an autonomous organization with the Ministry of Home Affairs, seeks to promote Communal Harmony and National Integration. Among others, its activities include granting financial support for rehabilitation of child victims of communal, caste, ethnic or terrorist violence.
