Formal launch of e-Employment News (Urdu) and Logo of Employment News


Employment News was launched in 1976 as the initiative of the then Prime Minister Late Smt. Indira Gandhi in 1976. The weekly journal published in Urdu, Hindi & English focuses on job vacancies, training programs and admission notices of universities, Central Govt. and State Govt. departments, PSUs etc.
With combined monthly average circulation of over sixteen lakhs, Employment News is unique as it not only reaches urban and metros but also semi urban and smaller towns.
2. To adopt technology for benefit of subscribers and meet the challenges of the emerging e-version in publishing industry, Employment News started e- Employment News (English) & e-Rozgar Samachar (Hindi) from August 2012 as a pilot project. The facility is available to subscribers.
3. The feedback has been encouraging from readers and subscribers. There has been increasing demand from them to avail to facility. To benefit the Urdu knowing youth of the country, Employment News is bringing out e-version of Employment News, Urdu called e-Rozgar Samachar (Urdu). This will not only provide information on job opportunities to youth knowing Urdu but also will be providing them a facility of getting Urdu Employment News anytime, anywhere. To begin with, the facility will be available to subscribers only.
4. The following are features of e-Rozgar Samachar(Urdu) are:
(i) E-Rozgar Samachar(Urdu) is available on Rozgar Samachar website – www.rojgarsamchar.gov.in
(ii) It is for exisiting and new subscribers.
(iii) It is simple and is uploaded from the electronic copy of Rozgar Samachar (Urdu). To begin with, it is read only in PDF format.

5. Logo of Employment News.Logo of Employment News. The logo has been selected from entries of in-house competition of College of Arts, New Delhi.
Formal launch of e-Employment News (Urdu) and Logo of Employment News by Hon’ble Minister of Information & Broadcasting, Sh. Manish Tiwari will take place on 5th February 2013.
