The Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Id-ul-Zuha. In a message, he said that Id-ul-Zuha symbolizes the spirit of sacrifice and compassion in our lives and it inspires the mankind to enshrine the values of truthfulness and compassion.

“I extend my warm greetings and good wishes to the people of our country on the auspicious occasion of ‘Id-ul-Zuha’.
Id-ul-Zuha symbolizes the spirit of sacrifice and compassion in our lives. The Festival inspires the mankind to enshrine the values of truthfulness and compassion in their day-to-day actions and conduct.
May this festival bring peace, harmony and prosperity in our country.”
