Resettlement and Rehabilitation (R & R) of all Project Affected Families (PAFs) due to Sardar Sarovar Project has been completed as per Narmada Water Dispute Tribunal Award, liberalized R & R policies of the State Governments of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, Hon’ble Supreme Court order dated 8thFebruary, 2017and Grievances Redressal Authorities (GRA) Orders.

* Remaining 23 PAFs in Maharashtra comprise 03 dead with no legal heirs and 20 untraceable. Adequate house plots and 99 hectare (ha) (against 35 ha required) of agriculture land is available to resettle them.
