Severe Weather Warning 24th to 28th July

India Meteorological Department has issued severe weather warning for the next four days as below:

24 JULY:

♦ Heavy to very heavy rain with extremely heavy falls very likely at isolated places over Gujarat, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal & Odisha; Heavy to very heavy at isolated places over south Rajasthan, Assam & Meghalaya and heavy at isolated places over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, East Uttar Pradesh, north Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura, Madhya Maharashtra and Konkan & Goa.

25 JULY:

♦ Heavy to very heavy rain with extremely heavy falls very likely at isolated places over Gujarat region; heavy to very heavy at isolated places over south Rajasthan, north Chhattisgarh, north Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal, north Odisha, Saurashtra & Kutch and heavy at isolated places over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, East Uttar Pradesh, northeast Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Sub­Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim, Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram &

Tripura, and Konkan & Goa.

26 July:

♦ Heavy to very heavy rain very likely at isolated places with extremely heavy falls at isolated places over Gujarat region; heavy to very heavy at isolated places over Saurashtra & Kutch and heavy at isolated places over Rajasthan, northeast Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, north Jharkhand.

27 July:

♦ Heavy rain very likely at isolated places over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh & East Rajasthan.

28 July:

♦ Heavy rain very likely at isolated places over Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi, East Rajasthan, Sub­Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim.
