ACC Appointments

 The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following:-
(1)   Ms. Gayatri Mishra, CSS, as Joint Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, Whichever is earlier vice Shri K. L. Sharma, CSS.
(2)   Shri Bipul Pathak, IAS (JK:1992), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri Nikunja Bihari Dhal, IAS(OR:1993);
(3)   Shri Prasanta Kumar Swain, IPoS(1987), as Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or upto his superannuation on 30.06.2022 or until further orders, whichever is the earliest vice Shri Shakil P. Ahammed, IAS (AM:1995);
(4)   Shri Sanjiv Narain Mathur, IRAS(1992), as Joint Secretary, Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Ms. Vandana Sharma, ICAS(1984);
(5)   Ms. Aarti Ahuja, IAS (OD:1990), as Joint Director (JS level), Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie under the Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years (which is further extendable as per extant policy) or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Ms. Jaspreet Talwar, IAS (PB:1995);
(6)   Shri Shiv Das Meena, IAS (TN:1989), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri Neeraj Mandloi, IAS (MP:1993);
(7)   Shri Vipin Chandra, IRS (IT:1987), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Earth Sciences, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or upto his superannuation on 30.06.2022 or until further orders, whichever is the earliest vice Shri Anand Singh Khati, IRPS(1984); (the officer shall assume charge on completion of tenure of the present incumbent.)
(8)   Shri Dharmendra Singh Gangwar, IAS (BH:1988), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by temporarily downgrading an AS level post (vice Shri J. P. Meena, IAS (AM:1983) for two years or until further orders, whichever is earlier;
(9)   Shri Dhananjay Kumar, IDAS(1993), as Additional Secretary (JS level), Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) under the Department of Personnel & Training from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri M. P. Tangirala, IP&TA&FS (1990);
(10)  Ms. Alka Nangia Arora, IDAS (1991), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri Manoj Joshi, IAS (KL:1989);
(11)  Premature repatriation of Shri Bishwanath Sinha, IAS (KL:1992), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change to his cadre with immediate effect without imposition of condition of extended cooling off;
(12)  Shri Jigmet Takpa, IFoS (JK:1990), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri Bishwanath Sinha, IAS(KL:1992);
(13)  Shri Ravinder, IAS (UP:99), as Joint Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for the balance tenure of overall five years of central deputation period i.e. upto 18.03.2019 from the date of joining or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by temporarily upgrading a newly created post of DS/Director level for two years in the Department;
(14)  Ms. Neelam Sanghi, IRAS(1989), as Joint Secretary & FA, Department of Posts, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Ms. Saroj Punhani, IA&AS (1984); (the officer shall assume charge on completion of tenure of the present incumbent.)
(15)  Shri Sandeep Sarkar, IDAS(1995), as Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of DS/Director level, (vice Ms. Manju Rajpal, IAS (RJ:2000)), for two years or until a regular JS level vacancy arises, whichever is earlier;
(16)  Shri Rajeev Verma, IAS (UT:92), presently working as Joint Secretary, in the Ministry of Defence, as Principal Commissioner (Coordination) (JS level), Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under the Ministry of Urban Development, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for the balance tenure of overall five years upto 10.11.2018 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, treating the post under Central Staffing Scheme and keeping the RRs in abeyance;
(17)  Shri Prabodh Seth, IRS (IT:1989), as Joint Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri Awanish K Awasthi, IAS (UP:1987);
(18)  Ms. Saroj Punhani, IA&AS (1984), presently working as JointSecretary & FA, Dlo Posts, as Secretary (JS level), National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (NCMEI) under the Department of Higher Education for her balance tenure of combined seven years central deputation i.e. upto15.04.2019vice Shri Madhu Ranjan Kumar, IRSS (1984);
(19)  Shri K.L. Sharma, CSS, presently working as Joint Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare, as Joint Secretary, National Commission for Women under the Ministry of Women & Child Development, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure upto his superannuation on 31.10.2018 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, cancelling the appointment of Ms. Chhavi Jha, IRAS(1990);
(20) Ms. Anindita Sen Gupta, IP&TA&FS (1994), as Additional DGFT (JS level), DGFT, Kolkata under the Department of Commerce, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri P. Haldar, CENGS (Roads) (1984);
(21)  Shri A.R. Sule, IDAS (1993), presently working as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs as Joint Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy, Mumbai on lateral shift basis, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for the balance tenure of overall five years upto 24.07.2021 or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Ms. Chitra Ramchandran, IAS (TG:1985);
(22)  Shri Jayant N. Khobragade, IFS (1995) as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) (JS level), Department of Atomic Energy, Mumbai, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri Pranay Kumar Verma, IFS (1994);
