Shri Ameising Luikham is new Secretary for Minority Affairs

Shri Ameising Luikham, IAS (MN 81) has taken over as Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs on superannuation of Shri Rakesh Garg, IAS (UP 80).
Earlier he was Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises and has joined as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Minority Affairs in November,2016.
