President of India to attend the valedictory function of 91ST foundation course for all India Services tomorrow

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will visit Uttarakhand (Mussoorie) tomorrow (December 9, 2016) where he will be the Chief Guest at the Valedictory Function of 91st Foundation Course for All India Services at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration.
