President of India Pays Floral Tributes to Shri R. Venkataraman on his birth Anniversary

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee paid floral tributes to Shri R. Venkataraman, former President of India on the occasion of his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (December 4, 2016). The President, family members of Shri Venkataraman, officers and staff paid floral tributes in front of a portrait of Shri R. Venkataraman in Rashtrapati Bhavan.
