President of India presents Dr. B C Roy National Awards for the Years 2008, 2009 and 2010

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee presented Dr. BC Roy National Awards for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010 at a function held at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (July 1, 2016) on the occasion of Doctors’ Day.
