The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will present the National Awards for Outstanding Services in the field of Prevention of Alcoholism and Substance (Drugs) Abuse tomorrow (June 26, 2016) on the occasion of International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking at a function to be held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi at 1230 hrs.
The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment has established the National Awards for Outstanding Services in the field of Prevention of Alcoholism and Substance (Drugs) Abuse in 2013 to recognize the efforts and encourage excellence in this field.
