Financial assistance to Ms Deepa Malik, Para Athlete from National Sports Development Fund (NSDF) for training

            The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has approved financial assistance to Ms Deepa Malik, Para Athletic for continuance of her training for the period from 01.11.2015 to 15.02.2016 under TOP Scheme. 

The estimated cost for training from 01.11.2015 to 15.02.2016 has been worked out as per details given below:

Financial assistance for 3 ½ months training from 01.11.2015 to 15.02.2016 – item wise

7	Wheel Chair accessible accommodation	Rs 1,07,000.00 @ Rs 1,000 per day for 107 days
8	Out of pocket allowance	Rs 1,05,000.00 @ Rs 30,000 per month for 3 ½ months
Total		1. Coaching fee: Rs 87,500.00 2. Out of Pocket Allowance: Rs 1,05,000.00 3. Other training expenses: Rs 2,90,000.00
