President of India to address the delegates to “the BRICS emerging Economies Universities Summit 2015” today

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will address the delegates to “THE BRICS Emerging Economies Universities Summit 2015” tomorrow (December 2, 2015) at Rashtrapati Bhavan. He will also receive the first copy of Times Higher Education BRICS & Emerging Economies Rankings, 2016 on the occasion.
