The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and the people of the Republic of Austria on the eve of their National Day (October 26, 2015).
In his message to His Excellency Dr. Heinz Fischer, the Federal President of the Republic of Austria, the President has said, “On behalf of the Government, the people of India and on my own behalf, it gives me great pleasure to convey warm greetings and felicitations to Your Excellency and to the friendly people of Austria on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of your National Day.
India-Austria relations are close, warm and friendly. I am sure that further expansion and diversification of bilateral exchanges will be to the mutual benefit of our peoples.
Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes for your personal well-being and good health, as well as for the progress and prosperity of the friendly people of Austria”.
