The Minister of State (Independent Charge), Shri Prakash Javadekar has condoled the demise of former President of India, Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam today(27-07-2015). In a condolence message, Shri Javadekar said that in the passing away of Dr. Kalam, we have lost a visionary leader.
“Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam sowed millions of dreams in young minds. He was a passionate scientist and a wonderful human being. He ingrained Vision 2020 and Vision 2025 in every mind. He was a great patriot and scientist was instrumental in launching India’s first Satellite Launch Vehicle (SLV) and development of ballistic missiles under the Integrated Guided Missile Development Programme. His demise was shocking for me, as today only I had signed the file to invite him for G.B Pant Memorial Lecture. May Dr. Kalam’s soul rest in peace,” Shri Javadekar added.
