TRAI Releases Clarifications / Reconsideration of Recommendations on ‘Working Guidelines for Spectrum Trading’ and ‘Guidelines on Spectrum Sharing’

The Authority had sent its recommendations on ‘Working Guidelines for Spectrum Trading’ on 28th January 2014 and ‘Guidelines on Spectrum Sharing’ on 21st July 2014 to the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). On 27th April 2015, the DoT sought clarifications/ reconsideration on some issues on both the recommendations.

After considering the comments given by the DoT, the Authority has furnished its response to the Government. The response to the Government has been placed on TRAI’s website www.trai.gov.in.
