Shri Arun Jaitley, Minister for Finance, Corporate Affairs and I&B today met a farmers’ delegation representing different stakeholders and organisations from across the country. The delegation was led by Shri Naresh Sirohi.
The representatives from different organisations gave their views on the Land Bill to Shri Jaitley. The Minister assured the delegation that their suggestions would be looked into suitably and that their interests would not be ignored. He also asked the leader of the delegation, Shri Naresh Sirohi to look into the issues and suggestions made by the representatives on matters related to the Land Bill and submit a report to him.
