No dream is impossible if there is a will to fulfill it.
At least a PM is envisioning something good. But if the govt. thinks building toilets will solve the problem
where there is a will there is a way , ask for volunteers in nation building, let aspire and deadline will not be a challenge
Tag the possession of tv and mobile with toilet at home and project will complete in 2014 itself.
People may be given some support to build toilets on their own. There should be mass contact programs to explain the benefits of having a toilet...
Implementation of projects is forte of Prime Minister Narendra Modi till date. what ever may be the opinion of the author, my take this will be completed by 2019.
if the action takes place from Panchayats, it is not something impossible within two to three years
It is "SWACHCH" Bharat not swachbharat. Do they call Jesus as Jesusa.
Gram swachataabhian is already cleaning villages in Maharashtra for last ten years. Good results are visible in villages
Use Mnrega for providing these two facilities, instead of treating it only as a dole program. Both money and manpower are available under this program, almost in every village. NaMo government must not fail on this important promise
Modi is resourceful man.I am happy that for the first time a politician (PM himself) has given so much importance to sanitation and cleanliness
All i can say is Wow and i wish best of luck to government as its a very important cause. Swachh BharatMission
It is iterative project. There can be phases. VERY FIRST thing - keep dustbins in urban areas. In Bangalore there are no dustbins
To keep city clean and to improve littering culture. And toilets in city
Govt thinks that this keeps it clean because whatever is thrown street will be swept by workers next day. But what about people's habits?
People's should contribute to Nature and work in cooperation with Government. Then only things will change in 9 months!
Even today many village houses have their toilets.Every one knows how it works. You can not have a standard design toilets for entire nation. What is required is to bring awareness and more to help build more toilets
The question is how to create space for toilets when space for sitting and sleeping is not available in some cases SwachBharat CleanIndia
Citizens should be made responsible and aware of their duties...they are the ones who can Change things by not making Nature

people are seen freely defecating on the roads, throwing litter, spitting paan and gutka, throwing cigarette butts, etcetc which needs to be controlled more than the cleaning part
