Ministry of I&B to release Independence Day Advertisement based on Crowd Sourcing Top three advertisements to be published on Independence Day

Ministry of Information and Broadcasting recently outsourced advertisement designs for the 68^th Independence Day through public participation (crowd sourcing). A huge number of enthusiasts numbering 1000 responded to the advertisement issued by Directorate of Audio Visual Publicity on 18^th June, 2014.             An independent selection committee of field experts, artists and academicians shortlisted 10 advertisements. Of this, 3 have been adjudicated as the best and would be published in various newspapers across the country. 

The top 3 advertisements would be given Rs.15,000/- as a cash reward along with a letter of appreciation from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. 7 designs chosen in the category of consolation prizes would be awarded a cash prize of Rs.3000/- along with a letter of appreciation from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
