A demand for low budget films was echoed by N. Gopal Krishna, a film maker of Andhra Pradesh. Speaking to reporters at ICFFI media centre here today on the occasion of release of his book “Birth of Cinema”, he said the Government patronization of children films should be in the form of providing cinema halls, publicity and lower entertainment tax. The book comprises of details regarding advanced cinematic technologies like the 3D shootings and Voice enhancements etc. popularized by Holly wood directors and now being followed by the Indian film makers. Eminent Journalist T. Udayawarlu released the book.
